Hi!
There are literally tons of books at the library on how to write a Business and or Marketing Plan. Another way to go about it is to get the software. I saw one online as follows:
Keys to Better Business Plans
1) Use a business plan to set concrete goals, responsibilities, and deadlines to guide your business.
2) A good business plan assigns tasks to people or departments and sets milestones and deadlines for tracking implementation.
3) A practical business plan includes 10 parts implementation for every one part strategy.
4) As part of the implementation of a business plan, it should provide a forum for regular review and course corrections.

I don’t know how much this costs. I’m sure that there are also other software programs out there. Suggest you go to the library first to get a feel for what you want to achieve, then look online at some of these software programs.
Good Luck!

I’ve got to agree with vlvtnrbt. Business plans should be very detailed and it takes a lot of energy to write a great business plan. The easiest read is probably going to be “Business Plans For Dummies”. There is also “Entrepreneurship for Dummies”. Good luck!!!
By not looking for shortcuts on Yahoo answers, I don’t mean to be glib, but you need to learn your subject and when
you know it well enough you will be able to tell us how to write one. Go to the library for a start. This is stuff that you should have learned in High School, If you can check out your local community college for business courses.
Go to http://www.sba.gov , http://www.score.org or http://www.bplan.com for instructions on how to write a business plan and sample business plans.

But you gotta write the plan yourself. Every store is different and every owner has different goals.
